Blackcurrant pod kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the online shortlist
Blackcurrant in Iceland: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Ordering Vape Meet to Iceland: the practical version
Blackcurrant in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on blackcurrant: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: blackcurrant in Iceland works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant pod kit really costs in Iceland
Most people searching Vape Meet in Iceland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
