Candy pen device Vape Meet in Iceland: the flat shortlist
Candy in Iceland: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Choosing a pen device for candy
Candy in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run candy the same way in Iceland: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy pen device really costs in Iceland
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ISK37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.54 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | ISK37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK3.54 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK3.54 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK3.54 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
