Caramel 60 ml bottle Vape Meet in Iceland: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
A caramel 60 ml bottle from the cheapest options in Iceland costs about ISK2.61 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run caramel the same way in Iceland: same 60 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Iceland
Caramel 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Iceland we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.61 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
