Caramel box mod Vape Meet in Iceland: the price shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Ordering Vape Meet to Iceland: the practical version
We run caramel the same way in Iceland: same box mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on caramel: 23 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Iceland works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Iceland
We run caramel the same way in Iceland: same box mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Iceland survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | ISK68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK2.75 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
