Caramel cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
If you are looking at caramel in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Iceland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: caramel in Iceland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Iceland
If you are looking at caramel in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Iceland.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | ISK46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK1.61 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
