Caramel cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the wholesale shortlist — Icelandvapemeet
Caramel in Iceland: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Iceland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.18 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Iceland
The honest read on caramel: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Iceland survives.
- Treating the advertised ISK40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.18 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK3.18 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
