Caramel pen device Vape Meet in Iceland: the price shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.53 per 10 ml.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Iceland
The honest read on caramel: 24 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Iceland.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK3.53 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
