Caramel prefilled pod Vape Meet in Iceland: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
A caramel prefilled pod from the discounted options in Iceland costs about ISK2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.11 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested caramel in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ISK68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.11 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Iceland survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a prefilled pod last?
In Iceland we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
