Caramel squonk mod Vape Meet in Iceland: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
If you are looking at caramel in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Iceland works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel squonk mod really costs in Iceland
The honest read on caramel: 6 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ISK45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.22 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | ISK45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK2.22 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a squonk mod last?
In Iceland we measured 3 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
