Caramel vape pen Vape Meet in Iceland: the online shortlist
Caramel in Iceland: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A caramel vape pen from the online options in Iceland costs about ISK2.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.96 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Iceland
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a vape pen last?
In Iceland we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.96 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
