What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel in Iceland reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Iceland
A caramel zero-nicotine bottle from the cheapest options in Iceland costs about ISK3.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Iceland survives.
- Treating the advertised ISK36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.15 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
