Citrus starter kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Iceland: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How we tested Citrus starter kit here
We run citrus the same way in Iceland: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Iceland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Iceland
Citrus in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.88 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Iceland |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | ISK55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK2.88 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does citrus in a starter kit last?
In Iceland we measured 7 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
