Cola in Iceland: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for cola
Cola in Iceland reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run cola the same way in Iceland: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola 30 ml shortfill really costs in Iceland
Cola in Iceland reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cola in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cola goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ISK45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cola in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Iceland we measured 7 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK3.21 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
