Cream cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the flat shortlist
Cream in Iceland: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How we tested Cream cartomizer here
Cream in Iceland reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on cream: 15 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Iceland
A cream cartomizer from the flat-rate options in Iceland costs about ISK3.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Treating the advertised ISK64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.29 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
