Cream pen device Vape Meet in Iceland: the review shortlist
Cream in Iceland: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Cream pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Iceland usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pen device really costs in Iceland
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.2 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.2 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
