What dessert costs in Iceland
Dessert starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on dessert: 24 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: dessert in Iceland works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Iceland
If you are looking at dessert in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Iceland.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.1 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a starter kit last?
In Iceland we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
