Dessert vape pen Vape Meet in Iceland: the review shortlist
Dessert in Iceland: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
Dessert in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.19 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Iceland
The honest read on dessert: 12 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Iceland survives.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.19 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
