How we tested Fig sub-ohm kit here
Fig sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run fig the same way in Iceland: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: fig in Iceland works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig sub-ohm kit really costs in Iceland
We run fig the same way in Iceland: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested fig in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Treating the advertised ISK51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.5 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How long does fig in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Iceland we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is fig legal to sell in Iceland?
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
