Honey cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the online shortlist
Honey in Iceland: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Honey in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: honey in Iceland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey cartomizer really costs in Iceland
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.14 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
Where honey goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in Iceland survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
