Iced in Iceland: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
We run iced the same way in Iceland: same pod kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on iced: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Iceland
A iced pod kit from the online options in Iceland costs about ISK3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised ISK41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK3.39 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for iced in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is iced legal to sell in Iceland?
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
How long does iced in a pod kit last?
In Iceland we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
