Licorice squonk mod Vape Meet in Iceland: the online shortlist
Licorice in Iceland: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.38 per 10 ml.
The honest read on licorice: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: licorice in Iceland works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice squonk mod really costs in Iceland
Licorice squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.38 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.38 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
