Melon cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the compare shortlist
Melon in Iceland: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the melon habit
Melon in Iceland reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Melon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: melon in Iceland works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon cartomizer really costs in Iceland
The honest read on melon: 18 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where melon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Treating the advertised ISK48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.16 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.16 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.16 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
