Plain nicotine salt bottle Vape Meet in Iceland: the compare shortlist — Icelandvapemeet
Plain in Iceland: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.2 per 10 ml.
We run plain the same way in Iceland: same nicotine salt bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain nicotine salt bottle really costs in Iceland
The honest read on plain: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Iceland.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Iceland survives.
- Treating the advertised ISK30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.2 per 10 ml.
