Plum cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Iceland: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on plum: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Iceland
Ordering into Iceland usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.47 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
