Plum pod kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the budget shortlist
Plum in Iceland: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
If you are looking at plum in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on plum: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Iceland works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Iceland
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.44 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Iceland survives.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
