How we tested Plum pod kit here
The honest read on plum: 18 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Iceland: same pod kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Iceland
A plum pod kit from the cheapest options in Iceland costs about ISK2.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.82 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Iceland survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.82 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does plum in a pod kit last?
In Iceland we measured 4 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
