Plum squonk mod Vape Meet in Iceland: the flat shortlist
Plum in Iceland: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Most people searching Vape Meet in Iceland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK1.7 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Iceland works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum squonk mod really costs in Iceland
Ordering into Iceland usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ISK32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK1.7 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plum in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK1.7 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a squonk mod last?
In Iceland we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
