Plum starter kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the compare shortlist
Plum in Iceland: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Choosing a starter kit for plum
Plum starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Iceland
Plum in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Iceland.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ISK66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.08 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.08 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does plum in a starter kit last?
In Iceland we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
