Salted prefilled pod Vape Meet in Iceland: the price shortlist
Salted in Iceland: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Salted prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Iceland
The honest read on salted: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised ISK48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.41 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.

| Entry kit | ISK48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ISK2.41 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
