Sour squonk mod Vape Meet in Iceland: the order shortlist
Sour in Iceland: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Where buyers go wrong with sour in Iceland
Most people searching Vape Meet in Iceland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.89 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Iceland
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.89 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How long does sour in a squonk mod last?
In Iceland we measured 2 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
