Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
We run sourcherry the same way in Iceland: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: sourcherry in Iceland works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry e-liquid bundle really costs in Iceland
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested sourcherry in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for sourcherry in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
