Sourcherry in Iceland: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK1.83 per 10 ml.
A sourcherry refill pack from the best options in Iceland costs about ISK1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry refill pack really costs in Iceland
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sourcherry in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Iceland.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Iceland survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
