Tobacco pod kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the compare shortlist
Tobacco in Iceland: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
A tobacco pod kit from the compared options in Iceland costs about ISK2.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: tobacco in Iceland works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco pod kit really costs in Iceland
The honest read on tobacco: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Iceland.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ISK35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.66 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
