Tobacco in Iceland: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Ordering Vape Meet to Iceland: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Iceland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Tobacco in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco prefilled pod really costs in Iceland
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for tobacco in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is tobacco legal to sell in Iceland?
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.65 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
