Tobacco vape pen Vape Meet in Iceland: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Iceland: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy Vape Meet in Iceland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: tobacco in Iceland works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco vape pen really costs in Iceland
We run tobacco the same way in Iceland: same vape pen, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.55 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a vape pen last?
In Iceland we measured 9 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Do you ship tracked orders to Iceland?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
