Tropical 30 ml shortfill Vape Meet in Iceland: the review shortlist — Icelandvapemeet
Tropical in Iceland: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How we tested Tropical 30 ml shortfill here
We run tropical the same way in Iceland: same 30 ml shortfill, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Iceland usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical 30 ml shortfill really costs in Iceland
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tropical in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.82 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
