Tropical cartomizer Vape Meet in Iceland: the review shortlist
Tropical in Iceland: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tropical in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on tropical: 23 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical cartomizer really costs in Iceland
Tropical in Iceland reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.42 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
How long does tropical in a cartomizer last?
In Iceland we measured 4 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
