Tropical pod kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the order shortlist
Tropical in Iceland: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
If you are looking at tropical in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical pod kit really costs in Iceland
The honest read on tropical: 6 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tropical in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Iceland survives.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is tropical legal to sell in Iceland?
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.15 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
