Home / Tropical RDA Vape Meet in Iceland: the best shortlist

Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window

We run tropical the same way in Iceland: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

We run tropical the same way in Iceland: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a tropical RDA really costs in Iceland

Ordering into Iceland usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested tropical in a RDA

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.

Where tropical goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
• Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.

The rules that apply here

Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.

Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
