Tropical sub-ohm kit Vape Meet in Iceland: the cheap shortlist
Tropical in Iceland: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
A tropical sub-ohm kit from the cheapest options in Iceland costs about ISK3.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.15 per 10 ml.
The short version: tropical in Iceland works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical sub-ohm kit really costs in Iceland
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK3.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Iceland survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tropical in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Iceland we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK3.15 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
