Vanilla refill pack Vape Meet in Iceland: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Iceland: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
We run vanilla the same way in Iceland: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Vanilla in Iceland reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Iceland
Most people searching Vape Meet in Iceland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Iceland, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within ISK2.9 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
