Caramel in Iceland: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A caramel sub-ohm kit from the budget options in Iceland costs about ISK1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Iceland works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Iceland
Caramel sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Iceland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Iceland, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell. Shipping of nicotine to Iceland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Iceland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Iceland we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
