Cream refill pack Vape Meet in Iceland: the compare shortlist
Cream in Iceland: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
What cream costs in Iceland
Most people searching Vape Meet in Iceland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK2.13 per 10 ml.
The short version: cream in Iceland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Iceland
A cream refill pack from the compared options in Iceland costs about ISK2.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ISK54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ISK2.13 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Iceland stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Packaging for cream in Iceland must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK2.13 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Iceland allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
