Tobacco refill pack Vape Meet in Iceland: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Iceland: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Iceland.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Iceland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Iceland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ISK1.79 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Iceland
If you are looking at tobacco in Iceland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Iceland.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Iceland accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Iceland caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires a nicotine licence to sell.
Wholesale lines to Iceland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Vape Meet online in Iceland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Iceland: about ISK1.79 per 10 ml liquid plus ISK43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does tobacco in a refill pack last?
In Iceland we measured 9 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
